The Isareli-US justification is their determination to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

This ignores the fact that Israel has a secret arsenal of 90 nuclear warheads developed in defiance of international law.
Israel demands transparency from Iran yet hypocritically hides the existence of its own illegal stockpile.
Iran has no bomb and was negotiating — in good faith — with the Americans when it was attacked.
Another missing factor is that the assault is driven by Israel’s pathological hatred for the Palestinians.
For more than three quarters of a century, Zionist Israel has brainwashed its citizens into believing the Palestinians are nothing more than sub-human vermin.
